Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the Finance department.
Duties of Job
Maintaining accounting records.
Prepare summary of major expenses in the specified format.
Stock take and stock reconciliation
Track and audit petty cash.
Debtors and creditors control.
Monthly bank reconciliation.
Data entry on accounting software.
Any other cognate duties.
Answering phone calls on a PABX system.
Take and relay messages.
Direct persons to correct destination.
Ensuring movement of Staff in and out of the company.
Keep record of Parking Permit when given to customers and ensure that same is being returned.
Respond to request of Manger and Director.

Punctual ,fast learner ,good mannerd and extrovert.
Conversant in both English & French as we receive call internationally and candidates should be able to answer.
Fluent in both English & French.
Candidates should be able to work with other staffs i.e Manager,Salesperson etc as our shop is mainly situated on the ground floor.
Experience in Reception and Telephonist will be a definite advantage and will be considered for interview.
