Duties of Job
The store administrator
1. Take delivery of goods from suppliers
2. issue delivery of goods to company drivers
3. Maintain an up to date inventory of goods
4. Do a monthly inventory
5. Distribute new goods to the different showrooms.

Auto body painters must communicate with clients, employers and other employees to plan and execute repair and painting jobs on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks and buses. Depending on their employers, auto body painters may be required to have knowledge of specialty painting techniques. Some auto body painters may need collision repair capabilities as well.
Undertake electrical repairs on various vehicles and plant
Repair parts and equipment when needed
Maintain and repair various kinds of petrol and diesel engine motor vehicles
Order for parts and equipment as necessary
Liaise with agents and manufacturers on problems in order to achieve an efficient repair
Complete all documentation and receipts, including inspection sheets, and applies signatures as appropriate
Identify repairs required via unfair wear and tear, and advice the service manager and foreman mechanic
Undertake required training(s)
Work within a realistic time.
Assessing a vehicle to establish the extent of damage
Based on the initial assessment, deciding whether to repair or replace bodywork
Removing damaged panels
Stripping and refitting trim and panel interior
Refitting new/repaired panels
Repairing damaged bodywork using traditional dolly and hammer or more modern techniques
Repairing small dents, holes or corroded areas using a compound filler
During the repair process, specific tasks may include:
Using jig alignment equipment
Using a Strong Puller to pull out any damage to semi-structural vehicle parts, such as the wheel arch or the bonnet
Using a Line Puller to pull out damage to non-structural (cosmetic) panels
Using an Easy Puller to repair minor dents and to refine the work performed by the Strong and Line Pullers on other panels.
A paint technician will usually be employed by the bodyshop but the panel technician may be expected to prepare the vehicle for them in the following way:
Removing existing paint and corrosion
Ensuring the area to be resprayed is clean
Masking off the parts of the vehicle which are not going to be resprayed.
A certain amount of administration and customer interaction is also required:
Keeping a record of work carried out and time taken
Liaising with the customer or insurance company
Providing quotations and estimations
Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.
Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.
Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting.
Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Contains costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options.
Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
To run official errands including despatch,forms,banking,post office,collection of materials and delivery on site.
Duties of Job
Be responsible for the collection of goods and services and ensure delivery on site is done in an adequate & efficient manner.
To help in loading and unloading of materials,tools and equipments & to make arrangement for proper storage.
Keep company vehicles in good conditions&tidy;.
Perform vehicle inspection before & after each trip.
Compile daily maintenance,checks&inspection; on all company’s vehicles and notify the management of any issues.
Logging of ,ileage & diesel usage.
Maintain record for servicing/repairs,Insurance,declaration and fitness of all company’s vehicles.
